The Motorola Krave was the first Motorola device to use a virtual keyboard. I ran user studies to help understand user behavior related to virtual keyboards and helped design the keyboard that shipped on the Krave.

Role: User researcher

Process: I performed user research to understand user behavior when typing on virtual keyboards as well as expectations around performance and reactions. I synthesized data to help designers build a user-friendly virtual keyboard that was fast and accurate.

Deliverables: Research methodology, data, and results
